What's Opening This Summer In Downtown Wellen

If you left for the summer in May and are just now driving back down Wellen Park Boulevard, the skyline past Solis Hall looks different. Two new two-story buildings have filled in south of the Great Lawn, canopied patios wrapping their corners, a signature tower marking the far end. The construction fencing is coming down in sections. Names are going up on storefronts.
